A fantastic 8 months HR Administrator opportunity is available within a globally established Investment Bank firm in Surrey. Position provides comprehensive end to end assistance to employees and manager for Life Events processes.
- Managing end to end cases for all EMEA Life Events ensuring support provided to employees/managers.
- Managing queries from internal and external partners in relation to Life Events
- Liaising with employee/Managers/HR partners to ensure all required documentation and approvals are in place.
- Confidently managing difficult conversations at moments that matter to employee or their families.
- Coordinating multiple HR teams to ensure Life Events are managed appropriately for employee
- Ensuring Workday accurately reflects Life Event and other HR teams are advised in a timely manner.
- Attending weekly/fortnightly/monthly status calls for cases with internal and external partners
