This is a 360 recruitment role, working closely with stakeholders and the wider HR team.
A successful and well established professional services business in the West Midlands.
As Recruitment Partner you will work as part of a wider team you will deliver tailored recruitment solutions to your internal customers and key responsibilities will include:
- Managment of the recruitment process using a blended approach including direct sourcing and working with agencies.
- Partnering senior managers to agree the best approach for specific campaigns.
- Screening CVs and conducting interviews.
- Ensuring a robust selection process.
- Supporting project work relating to resourcing.
- Managing multiple recruitment channels.
- Partnering with the D&I team.
- Updating and implementing new recruitment policies.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience within a full recruitment role including the ability to directly source and manage multiple recruitment processes. You will also have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions depending on the requirement.
Ideally you will have experience of recruiting within professional services.
Up to £45,000 per annum
