LMA is delighted to be working with a Global Financial Services company based in the City who are recruiting an experienced Reward Analyst.
The Reward Analyst will reprot into the Senior Reward Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team with the salary and bonus review, providing specialist Analytics, dashboards and insights. You will be part of the Remuneration poject plan and play a key role in the job levelling project using the Towers Watson grading product.
There will also be an opportunity to help the team shape and define the remuneration policies and support with the preperation of Remco papers.
The Reward Analyst will work proacively with the team and wider HR team to offer ad hoc support on projects, data requiests and regulatory submissions.
This is a great opportunity for an Analyst to take a step up and get involved in a borader role with more responsibility and complexity.
