Our client based in Witney are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Officer to join the small team on a part time basis. The role is being offered at 20-25 hours per week on Temp to Permanent basis.
Your new role
As HR Officer you are going to be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function. You will be expected to conduct and analyse exit interviews, conduct disciplinary meetings, induct new employees and maintain up to date records, You will always be involved with the recruitment processes, interviewing candidate and providing correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have previous experience of a similar HR role. You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of UK employment law. You will be organised, be able to prioritise a demanding workload and be able to build effective working relationships.
