HR/Recruitment Administrator

Your new company
Our established client based in central Oxford are currently looking to recruit for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join them. You will be joining a small HR team on a Temporary to Permanent basis ideally starting as soon as possible.

Your new role
As HR/Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible full the full recruitment life cycle of all employees. This will involve, building relationships with line manages, creating job descriptions, coordinating interviews and providing correspondence. You will also be supporting the HR Manager with Administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have had previous experience of working in a very similar role in an HR department. A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be an advantage. You will be organised, have a good attention to detail and be able to prioritise a demanding workload.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a generous annual salary of up to £25,000 dependant upon experience when the role is offered permanently. You will also have access to some other great benefits such as a free daily lunch. There is some parking on site however this is very limited.
