This role sits within the HR function working as a team of 4 and reporting into the HR manager.
The HR Generalist processes the UK payroll on a monthly basis. This is outsourced to their payroll provider.
Currently the HR manager is responsible for the international payroll piece. This role will see you take ownership of the international payroll dealing with any complex issues that arise.
As an experiened payroll and benefits specialist you will be confident in your approach and implement any change where necessary
You will have a strong focus on the benefits piece, overseeing the benefits, reviewing and benchmarking health insurance policies and renewals.
The successful candidate will have experience of running an end to end UK payroll and an understanding of benefits as will be required to cover for the HR advisor as and when required. International experience is desirable however someone proactive, confident with a keen interest to gain exposure to international payroll will also be considered.
This will be a part time role initially on a 6 month fixed term basis while the HR manager reviews the structure of the team.
The client will be flexiible with days/hours.
Financial services is not essential, open to industry.
