Role: Diversity & Inclusion Lead
Location: City of Londn
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
My client are a leading telecommunications business who are looking to become leaders in D&I and build a culture of inclusion across their people. This role will work closely with the talent, leadership, engagement and performance teams to create and build these inclusive practices. They therefore need an experienced D&I specialist who has proven and credible experience and expertise in a specialist D&I position, ideally within a complex matric organisation.
You will be part of the team that helps to establish the business to become global leaders in D&I, working closely with the Head of D&I .
You will lead in adding value to how they run their thought leadership, design frameworks and create approaches, all to enable they effectively attract, develop, engage and retain their employees.
You will provide subject matter expertise to colleagues of all levels and divisions as well as to help increase the communication and influence others on the topic of D&I.
You will have strong knowledge of best practice and be able to create and implement ideas and proposals with measureable deliverables.
As a team you will work together to manage multiple projects and priorities, with exceptional attention to detail. It's important that you are someone who can create and maintain employee network groups, encouraging inclusion and communication around this, alongside working closely with the wider HR Business Partner team of policies and best practice
It is essential you have relevant D&I experience is this a leading role within the team, so a proven track record is a must.
