Learning & Development Assistant - Management Consultancy

A top global Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for a Learning & Development Assistant to join their team. You will be providing Learning & Development Assistance for staff across London and other European countries and duties will include (or be limited to):

  • Supporting the L&D Coordinators and Manager across Europe

  • Working with L&D Coordinators to plan and manage local induction programmes for new joiners

  • Managing registration processes for regional and global training for consultants and support staff

  • Assisting on the ground support of training sessions

  • Supporting the L&D Manager in delivering the L&D agenda for Europe

  • Providing reporting and feedback on training sessions, creating reports to be used for meetings with senior consultants and L&D partner

  • Co-managing the L&D inbox and responding to training enquiries

  • Maintaining and handling training data

  • Assisting with on boarding of new senior hires

  • Conceiving and proposing new ways of working to drive efficiency in the team
