A cutting edge, award winning, healthcare organisation is looking for an interim ER specialist. Working within a professional and friendly team, you will utilising your expertise to ensure positive outcomes on a variety of ER cases.

Accountabilities include:

  • Working with the business to provide specialist guidance & advice any complex ER issues within the organisation
  • Working with key stakeholder and managers, advising on HR policies in regards to any ER issues such as disciplinaries and grievances, conduct and performance
  • Managing the investigations of disciplinaries, grievances etc
  • Managing a TUPE transfer
  • Reviewing and developing current policies and procedures, making any improvements where necessary

Skills & experience

  • You must be an experienced ER specialist, comfortable with managing complex ER cases including TUPE, grievances, disciplinaries and performance
  • You must have gained this experience within private medical, luxury retail or from a large commercial organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
