Graduate Recruitment Manager - Professional Services

A UK based Professional Services firm based in The City are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their team. Sitting within the wider HR team and directly reporting into the Recruitment Director, this role will be responsible for:

  • Trainee Recruitment/HR projects such as:

    • reviewing and updating the trainee selection process including all necessary tools and collateral

    • creating a new trainee careers section on company's website

    • development of trainee onboarding and induction programme

    • advising and attending the diversity and inclusion working group as required

    • working with the L&D and HR generalist team on how they develop their trainee population

  • Trainee Recruitment Attraction such as:

    • managing and updating website

    • managing and updating all trainee recruitment advertising

    • coordinating university relationships and careers fairs

    • coordinating school and higher education relationships

  • Trainee Recruitment Selection such as:

    • managing all trainee applications and queries

    • reviewing and scoring all applications

    • reviewing online testing

    • managing and coordinating all assessment centres

    • managing candidate feedback and offer process

    • managing and updating the recruitment system

  • Trainee Recruitment Administration & Process such as:

    • recording and managing annual trainee recruitment budget

    • managing trainee recruitment system including updates and improvements

    • providing regular management information to key stakeholders on the trainee recruitment pipeline

  • Other ad hoc work such as:

    • managing key relationships in the business

    • organizing and conducting follow-up meetings for new trainees

    • organizing and delivering training on the trainee recruitment system

    • interviewing skills as required, annual review of trainee recruitment process and ad hoc recruitment and wider HR projects and tasks as required

As the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will possess:

  • Demonstrable experience of trainee recruitment ideally gained within professional or financial services

  • Strong understanding of trainee recruitment attraction and selection methodology with experience of evaluating and developing both

  • Demonstrable process and project management experience
