Reward Consultant

Due to a period of significant growth, this London based charity who seek a Reward Consultant to join them on a 3 month contract to review their Reward offering. This is working alongside the People and reporting to the Head of People Business Partners and is responsible for undertaking a review of the current reward and people policy across the business, with an additional requirement to recommend improvements to their remuneration offering and policies and procedures.

Role will include:

  • Undertake a review of current Reward approach and suggest changes which attract, motivate and retain their people
  • Undertake salary and reward benchmarking exercise to ensure competitiveness in the local market place
  • Effectively review and manage benefits programme and suggest any necessary changes
  • Review, implement and monitor people policies and procedures to ensure they are legally compliant and in line with other third sector organisations
  • Work with our People and Engagement partner to ensure that our policies are in line with our values
  • Suggest any missing but necessary policies
  • Work closely with People Business Partners to ensure procedures are effective and being followed
  • Promote, differentiate and measure performance across the organisation
  • Set policies on salary and benefit schemes and processes
  • Plan for and manage all aspects of year end performance reviews/reward, in collaboration with the people team and Finance
  • Provide benchmarking and salary analysis and advice to the People Business Partners/Recruitment team
  • Prepare papers for the Remuneration committee meetings
