A great interim opportunity has arisen with my client; a fast-growing media company. They are quickly growing and therefore require a strong HR assistant to join them to help with the employee lifecycle from an administrative level. The client require a passionate, driven, and energetic administrator to join their global HR team asap.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain employee and contractor data through HRIS

  • Assist with global and regional HR project work

  • Prepare reports and provide data or management review

  • Support the HR BP's in administering recruitment processes

  • Provide HR BP's operational support including reference checking, onboarding, probationary reviews, benefits and payroll

  • Ensure holiday and sickness absence is recorded, and resolve any queries

  • Coordinate HR training workshops and presentations

  • Provide admin support as and when required

Key skills/experience:

  • Previous HR administrative experience is required

  • Ability to provide support within a fast paced/demanding environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work multiple projects

  • Previous experience working with an HRIS

  • Qualification in HR is desirable

  • Customer service focus, with positive attitude
