You will be a key point of contact for your client group who are based across the UK for all their employee relation requirements ensuring a consistent and fair process is followed and an inclusive workplace with a great culture is created. Cases can span across the full remit of employee relations from disciplinaries through to dismissal, grievances, absence, capability, TUPE and supporting with employment tribunals if they arise.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong ER knowledge and used to dealing with numerous cases at any one point in time. Experience will ideally have been gained in a multi-site, fact paced, commercial business and your stakeholder management skills will second to none. You will ideally have dealt with TUPE before and ER cases through to dismissal/appeal stages.
