The role of this 6 month Interim Resourcing Project Manager is to support the HR team in the development and delivery of a new resourcing model ensuring the business can attract the right talent and establish a smooth resourcing process from start to finish.
Our client is a multi site leading property and construction business based in Birmingham which is growing.
The role will require you to do the following key duties:
Working with senior managers and HR BPs to develop the resourcing strategy for various skillsets
Ensure the resourcing strategy is reflective of the companies vision
Research and design a recruitment process
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support on the model
Develop and deliver attraction and retention recruitment packages
Development selection and assessment tools
Work on on boarding process
The ideal candidate will come from an in-house recruitment background and experience in designing and delivering an end to end recruitment strategy. Experience in multiple stakeholder management and used to recruiting large volumes of staff.
