A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a market leading brand with national coverage. They are looking to strengthen their Tech recruitment team. My client is looking for an experienced Tech recruiter looking to progress their career in a forward thinking organisation.

Due to a period of rapid growth, this will suit a pro-active recruiter from an agency or in-house background with experience working within high volume position and has strong stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for;

  • Attract and hire great talent for the brand, with a particular focus on the Tech and Online space

  • Define and promote a positive Employer Brand through networking, social media, events and other means

  • Successfully deliver large scale recruitment activity projects in aggressive timeframes

  • Use social and professional media platforms to attract passive and active candidates, build talent pools and candidate pipelines to service future hiring needs of the business.

  • Build excellent relationships with hiring manager community, to fully understand their requirements, keep them up to date on progress and provide a first class end to end service

  • Understand the benefits of having a diverse, multicultural business and be a representative of current diversity policies at all times

You will need

  • Strong expertise in the 360 recruitment delivery cycle, with the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the process

  • Experience within IT/ technology/ digital recruitment

  • Excellent professional media skills and proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn to identify great talent

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all stakeholders and hiring managers are kept well informed of project progress

  • Niche talent "mining" skills, the ability to use boolean and x-ray search strings

  • Comfortable using cloud based ATS systems and use the systems to deliver insight and analytics to the business
