Oakleaf Partnership are working with one of the world's leading construction groups who are based in Hertfordshire. They are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Analytics Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Running and developing reports as required by the key stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Analysing data, identifying trends and making recommendations on people data
Support the Reward team when required on an ad hoc basis
Identifying ways to continuously improve processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of Business Objects
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Ability to understand data to assist the company in making decisions
Ability to present data in a simple and clear format
Ideally, you will have experience with iTrent and/or Power BI - although this is not mandatory
