Interim Change Manager - HR Systems/Case Management Tool
Oakleaf are working with a global consultancy that is going through a large amount of change and transformation. They are looking for someone for initially 3 - 6 months.
This role will focus on the implementation of a new HR Portal and Case Management tool. You will be responsible for delivering the change management and communications plan the wider change and project teams. This is a key role to successfully land the new tool and ways of working into the Business and HR functions.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked on launching a HR Portal & Case management tool. They are implementing HR ServiceNow, therefore previous experience would be extremely beneficial but not a prerequisite.
Strong experience of leading or supporting HR systems change / transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in HR project delivery
Experience of working with HR portal and HR case management systems is highly desirable.
