Recruitment Advisor

Would you like to play a key role in the growth and development of one of the UK's leading children's charities? Working alongside the Recruitment Manager to attract, recruit and retain high-quality candidates, you will be adding to the continuing transformation of this incredible organisation and in turn, the lives of thousands of children and their families.

My client is looking for an innovative in-house Recruitment Advisor to help develop creative and effective recruitment methods to be implemented across the organisation. In this diverse organisation, you will have the chance to recruit for a variety of roles from nursing to finance. This will be a high volume recruitment role so someone with a busy and changing recruitment environment will be well-equipped for this position.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and the People Team, you will also have the opportunity to work on the strategic development of the recruitment function and talent attraction. The Recruitment Manager and wider organisation are also committed to implanting some exciting new initiatives and so you will be supporting on the inventing of these; including internships, graduate programmes and apprenticeship schemes.

A major aspect of this role is networking and stakeholder engagement. Therefore, someone with proven communication and persuasion skills by experience of stakeholder management, would suit this position as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Both internal and external relationship skills are a vital part of this role and organisation.

With the nature of this charity, it would be extremely beneficial to have an in-house background within the third, education or healthcare sectors.
