Payroll and Benefits Administrator

This role will sit within the finance department, helping to deliver an international monthly payroll of c. 1300 people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help the team run the international monthly payroll c. 1300 people.
  • Input variable payroll data and maintain information held on the In House payroll system.
  • Processing of all starters and leavers.
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll queries.
  • Liase with managed payroll providers for the international payrolls.

Key requirements:

  • Relevant and recent payroll experience.
  • Ability to work in a tight-knit team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail focused.
