A fantastic entry level opportunity for a strong administrator with customer service experience to join the Human Resources team at a Global Company.

Based at the head office in Maple Cross, the successful Learning and Development Co-ordinator will be supporting the HR helpdesk and Learning Centre and will be responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and recording of a diverse range of L&D activities.

Responsibilities include;

  • Arrange and book training courses

  • Liase with event venues, publications & hospitality agencies

  • Be the first point of contact for all line managers and employees on any L&D related queries via the HR helpdesk and Learning Centre

  • Assist in managing the Training Rooms, Training Database, managing loans and periodic stock takes

  • Work closely with other teams, HR Business Partners and HR Data specialists

Experience required;

  • Proven administration experience (6 months+ office experience)

  • Experience within an L&D or HR environment will be an advantage

  • Customer service experience

  • Confident on PC/Microsoft office packages

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
