My client is looking for an innovative Recruitment Lead to work alongside the Head of Wellbeing, Development and People Operations; the Recruitment Manager, the People Team; and recruiting Managers, with the ultimate aim of providing the best recruitment service possible. Directly supporting the Recruitment Manager, you will be crucial to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies across a plethora of industries, including nursing and care, finance and retail and education.
An important part of the role revolves around implementing new recruitment initiatives, including internships, Graduate Programmes; Apprenticeships and overseas recruitment. This will be achieved with a view of increasing both diversity and skill sets across the company. Some experience of attraction and search via online platforms and also running assessment centres would be very useful.
A major aspect of this role is networking and stakeholder engagement. Therefore, someone with proven communication and persuasion skills by way of experience of stakeholder management and consultations, would suit this position.
Someone who has with a positive and 'can do' attitude would succeed in the role, dedicated to completing workload commitments in a fast paced environment. Given the nature of this charity, it would be extremely beneficial to have an in-house background within the third, education or healthcare sectors.
