Your new role
The HR Manager will responsible for providing a comprehensive operational HR service to the organisation and supporting the HR Director with the development and implementation of the HR strategy. The HR Manager will work in partnership with leadership team to support the achievement of educational objectives, to proactively address people issues and create a great place to work. Other duties will include employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance & safeguarding, induction & training, employee engagement and talent management. Some occasional to other local sites may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with strong experience of operational HR management and supporting a leadership team. Previous experience in the education sector would be advantageous. You will be professional, have strong stakeholder management skills and have a passion for education.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £25,463 to £31,401 plus excellent benefits
