Reward Manager - EMEA, global matrix company - £95000 for 6-12 month FTC

A global, matrix company based in Canary Wharf, are recruiting for a Reward Manager EMEA to join them on a 6-12 month FTC.
Your new role
You will work closely with the Reward Director to develop the reward strategy across EMEA, and then be responsible for the implementation. You will provide advice and guidance to managers on all reward issues. You will lead on cyclical activities such as salary review process, determining salary changes. You will ensure CoE's across EMEA are supported fully by reward CoE's.
A major project will be defining the bonus structure for non-fee earning staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits, and have some EMEA experience. You must have experience from large matrix businesses to understand the complexity this brings. This role is for a 6-12 month FTC whilst they recruit the permanent role abroad.
