Oakleaf Partnership are representing a major retail brand based in central London looking to recruit a Head of Reward. You will be leading a solid team of five reward specialists and reporting into the HRD.
This business has been going through a lot of exciting change and they are looking for a Reward leader to join, with the responsibility of designing and implementing a reward agenda that is reflective of the future business plans. As Head of Reward you will be leading on all matters of reward strategy, and supporting the team in an operational capacity too. The successful candidate will have ideally previously worked in the retail sector or has experience of working with multisite branches etc. Although retail experience is desirable its not essential.
As Head of Reward you will lead on RemCo work, working closely with C-suite and executive directors as well as ensure the reward agenda is reflective of the people strategy and business objectives.
