Reporting into the Head of Reward and having a dotted line into the HRD, you will be taking ownership of all job evaluation activities across the business. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have worked in organisations with complex and broad roles, appreciating that each job category can have its own nuances to take into consideration. You will need to be approachable, and collaborative as well as confident to make change and push back on the business when needed. Our client is also about to embark on a new HRIS roll out in which this role will also have the opportunity to support.
