Executive Recruiter - Partner Hiring

An innovative management consultancy firm are looking for an Executive Recruiter. You will join the Global Partner recruiting team focused on partner and senior level hiring. As an Executive Recruiter for Partner Hiring, you will focus on senior level hires and work with leadership to drive all aspects of the Partner Recruiting process.

Stakeholder management is key to success in this role. You will be viewed by leadership as a valued thought partner with strong ability to shape and drive partner level recruiting strategies and act as a point of contact for internal clients, oversee quality and structure of partner level searches leading to the successful hiring of high calibre partners. You will need to quickly build trust based relationship with internal clients and work to quickly understand their talent needs and work with them to determine hiring targets, develop profiles and specifications and ensure success of new hires.

This is an end to end role covering planning, coordinating and driving hiring activities. Turning your profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies, using an appropriate combination of collaborating with executive search firms, direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You'll then work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding both efficiently through a robust selection process.

You'll have a great opportunity to participate in recruiting related projects to set best practice e.g. performance metrics and work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities, ensure recruiting remains a leadership agenda item and developing the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team.

In order to be considered for this role you will need a good level of experience gained while working within an executive search or corporate recruiting function focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented individuals who are in great demand, into senior executive roles

You must have a demonstrable understanding of senior leadership / partner mind set and proven experience of building trust based relationships with senior leaders / partners. Plus, be extremely detail-oriented and organized and a willingness to "get hands dirty" and play an active role in all aspects of candidate management process; even on the smallest of details when needed.
