You will be sitting in on the management team responsible for upskilling line managers in the business by coaching on HR matters as well as managing your own team of HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors.
You will be expected to build key relationships across the business with senior stakeholders and act as an escalation point for complex ER cases and continually reviewing the firms HR strategy.
