Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large global company who are looking to appoint two ER Project Delivery Specialist to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis. The role will report into the ER Manager and sit within a wider ER team. The role will form part of the ER team and work collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, group functions and operations. Each project may be complex both in terms of geography (EMEA wide) and topic requiring working with multiple stakeholders.
Provision of ER advice on business change projects with EMEA-wide scope
Involved in providing end-to-end employee communication and consultation planning
Drafts relevant documentation including letters, scripts, terms and conditions, training for managers and HR, guidelines, principles, business cases, requests for advice (works council)
Provision of training to HR teams and business leaders on consultation and related employment legal requirements
Draft, develop and update EMEA wide HR policies, principles, tools, and training ensuring they are fit for purpose, compliant and benchmarked
Work with local HR to understand HR policy offering and in-gather to establish a repository
Work on projects that are aligned to improving process efficiencies and changes in legislation - working with HR Business Partners.
Provide policy subject matter expertise
Identify ER risks
Monitor trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action.
Delivers comprehensive project plans including robust & regular reporting.
Build and maintain successful partnerships with the EMEA HR team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across EMEA operations network.
Maintain key relationships with the HR partners to ensure non duplication of projects and to drive global engagement on key initiatives.
To be successful for this position you should have European ER experience including ER policy development. You should have experience within a complex and change business preferably within a global commercial business.
