I am working with a great company based in London Bridge who are looking for a permanent Senior HR Administrator to join them ASAP.
The role is to be the first point of contact for all employees and line managers on all HR queries and to support the administrative and operational side of HR. This is a true generalist HR Administrator role focusing on payroll, recruitment, learning and development, ER and much more.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Processing monthly payroll and providing the department with relevant employee information
Liaising with and supporting employees and line managers with training queries and requests
Arranging internal and external training as needed
Supporting the administration and note taking for HR lead meetings including disciplinary / grievance hearings, flexible working requests, etc.
Experience in end to end recruitment, from liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, being part of the panel, passing feedback and completing the onboarding process.
Assisting in the reviewing and renewing of company policies and legal compliance
Ideally you will have experience working in HR and Payroll and being part of a fast-paced challenging environment.
