My client works with over 13,000 members and has 50,000 supporters driving the best research and support in the provision of healthcare both in the UK and globally. Working with healthcare professionals, researchers and volunteers they deliver evidence-based research to support us to make the most informed choices on our healthcare and treatments. They are looking to appoint a HR Manager to continue to lead and drive the HR team.

As HR Manager you will lead and manage the HR team to continue to offer the high quality, efficient and effective HR function and ensure all policy and procedures are fit for purpose and reflect the values of the organisation. You will support and advice on all HR matters to the CEO and senior leadership team. Managing 3 direct reports you will continue to support the development and capabilities of your team whilst maintaining a streamlined HR process. You will provide leadership and project management for all HR related issues and align them with the individual and organisational objectives.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects around performance management, recruitment and Induction processes, design and delivering a people strategy whilst also the change to deliver on change management plans. Having recently implemented a new HRIS you will lead on getting performance ready and functionally effective across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR generalist with as good understanding of technical HR, ideally you will have set up a HR function in a SME business and delivered on projects based around the generalist HR key drivers including performance management, L&D, change management and ideally will have either led on the implementing of a HRIS or scoping this process. You will hold your level 7 CIPD or equivalent.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
