I am excited to be partnering a FTSE 100 organisation on a unique opportunity for a Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join their expanding D&I team.
This new role, reporting into the Head of Diversity & Inclusion, will be focused on building a culture of inclusion across the organisation, where everyone is able to bring their authentic selves to work. The business is really looking to put the organisation on the map in terms of D&I and become an employer of choice.
Working with the wider team of Engagement, Talent and Leadership professionals, you will work to build inclusive practises across the organisation.
You'll work alongside the Head of D&I to deliver the strategic plan, and consult with stakeholders across the organisation to see where improvement is needed.
The organisation has strong internal employee networks such as Gender, Ethnicity, LGBT and 'Women in Tech'. In this role you'll look to leverage the power of these networks in order to execute the ambition/strategy and support cross-network collaboration in order to impact the wider organisation.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for diversity and inclusion, is a commercial thinker and is able to demonstrate impact in previous roles. You'll be a true specialist in the field and will be able to share knowledge of best practice in D&I.
In this role you will work with multiple stakeholders and groups across the business so strong project management experience will be really important and you'll need to be able to design and deliver effective communication strategies to a large, complex organisation.
