A busy HR Advisor role which requires somebody who is a knowledgeable HR generalist with excellent experience in ER, reward, performance management, TUPE and various HR projects.
My client is a global logistics organisation with multiple sites UK wide but this role is based in Coventry.
This interim HR Advisor role will report into HR Manager and sit within a wider HR team of 16 people. You will be required to work on gritty ER issues and support managers on performance management. This is a multi-site role, so having experience of advising large volumes of staff with complex cases is essential.
The ideal candidate will have worked on TUPE transfers, redundancies, complex ER cases and all of this across multiple sites. If requires a knowledgeable HR Generalist, excellent interpersonal skills, somebody resilient and strong willed who isn't fazed by the 24/7 ER cases. Open on background but you should have a 'roll your sleeves up attitude'.
There will be travel required as the business demands but it is based in Coventry.
