An exciting HR Advisor role has arisen working for an International Construction firm based in Central London, reporting into the UK HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new HR Advisor role, you'll be responsible for supporting a large employee headcount on a new project based in Central London. In this role, you'll act as a full generalist, responsible for managing ER cases, advising senior stakeholders around company policy and best practice, attending performance improvement meetings, assisting the HR Manager with talent and succession planning, and responsible to HR-related queries. Furthermore, you'll assist with recruitment, training and payroll administration.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be an established HR Advisor, preferably with your experience gained in Construction. You'll have a good understanding of employment law, experience working in a complex matrixed organisation, the ability to work with and influence stakeholders, and excellent organisational skills. A proven track record handling ER cases and providing consultative HR advice is a must. Additionally, you'll have secured your CIPD Level 3 (minimum) and have the attitude to get hands-on and handle the operational aspect of the role also.
