HR Business Partner
6 month FTC
My Client, a global tech firm is urgently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6 month contract to cover a maternity leave.
As the business has undergone some large change projects so you will need to be able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and support your own client group through this change, partnering with senior stakeholders while supporting operationally.
* Have worked in a dynamic and evolving environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to transfer this knowledge into effective policies, processes and procedures.
* International exposure
* In-depth understanding of the HR function, having previously worked in a business partnering style role.
* Proven ability to work as part of a fast paced team with high quality service delivery at the heart.
* Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a busy and complex environment.
* Ability to work on a wide variety of activities at any one time and deal with a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Knowledge of workday or similar HR systems would be an advantage.
