Your new company are a well-known and incredibly forward-thinking government agency with multiple sites across the UK with North West bases in Preston and Warrington. Due to maternity, our client is now looking to recruit an Associate HR Business Partner on a 12 months' fixed term basis.
Your new role
Your new job will have a large strategic focus with no casework/employee relations. You will have exposure to change management, and specific large-scale HR projects across the organisation to drive business forward. You will be working with your designated HR Business Partners and Deputy Directors to enable the delivery of people solutions that address risk and enhance performance and business outcomes, enabling change and transformation across the organisation and liaising with HR Expert Services to commissioning needs based solutions on behalf of your business area as well as measuring the effectiveness of tools and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal applicant will have or be working towards CIPD level 5 with experience within the strategic aspects of HR, particularly change management and HR projects. You will be commercially-aware and have worked within a fast-paced organisation previously, and have experience of HR data analysis to support business decisions, policy design and demonstrable experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.

Our client is offering a salary of up to £37k for the right candidate, in addition to government pension and holiday allowance, the opportunity to work autonomously, as well as the potential options to either occasionally work from home or part-time/4 day week.
