Role: Senior Technology Recruiter
Location: West London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
My client are a growing Fintech business in West London who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their London HQ to lead on their technology recruitment. You must be an experienced recruiter within technology with experience resourcing a range of technical roles and with in-house experience.
You will be responsible for facilitating the transformation of their technology and product departments, constantly improving the candidate experience and recruitment process, as well as their brand awareness within the technology space. Having recently undergone a huge change in how they work, you will lead on their new operating squad and agile working model.
Building strong partnerships with the wider tech business, including the senior leaderships team consisting of their new CTO
Acting as the "go-to" expertise in technology and product, showing confidence and credibility in the end to end recruitment process and how to work with key stakeholders effectively
Record and analyse data and metrics from both weekly and monthly reports, whilst updating the technology hiring dashboard
Keeping up to date with market trends and how they can continue to improve relationships, their brand and their talent
You will be a tech enthusiast, willing to act as a 360 specialist for emerging tech talent. A background in covering a variety of technical roles is vital, particularly including software developers, JAVA, scrum masters and business analysts. You will also have experience using different sourcing programmes: Stack Overflow, Server Fault, LinkedIn, GitHub.
