Your new company

You will join the HR team of a leading International US Law Firm at their offices based in Central London.

Your new role

You will be responsible for all transactional HR and payroll activities across the business; supporting a client base of circa. 600. You will provide guidance and advice on senior stakeholders on 1st line HR queries as well as managing managing complex ER casework.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a solid generalist with exposure to managing the full employee lifecycle and leading on all transactional HR functions. You will have a strong understanding on ER cases within a Professional Service environment and will be able to manage complex ER cases loads through to resolution. CIPD qualification and HRIS experience - preferably PeopleSoft - is beneficial for this role.

What you'll get in return

Competitive salary package of up to £40,000 per annum plus excellent benefit package.
