My client is one of the largest healthcare organisations specialising in providing support via healthcare and guidance to people with life changing illnesses. They are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their HR team and support the Technology and Finance, Legal & Audit directorates.
As HR Business Partner you will play a strategic role partnering with your c400 client groups to help deliver the organisational strategy and help shape the HR plan. You will be providing proactive and innovative solutions to all business issues whilst driving the change agenda. You will use your technical and experiential know how and insights to lead on all HR elements that affect your client group whilst linking in to the overall HR Strategy.
Being the key link to senior level stakeholders you will be involved in change management plans focusing on capability and capacity with clear experience working with an organisational design focus to your work. Being part of high level conversations with the executive and Director teams you will think with a business focus linking it clearly with a people focus.
To be successful In this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience in organisational design principles offering examples of successful partnering with senior leaders on future designs of teams or units. You will have worked on change projects where you can see clearly the impact they have on the future plans of the organization and the best way to effectively deliver. Working In a fast paced, driven and creative environment you will be an excellent communicator able to influence, guide and coach senior level stakeholders quickly and effectively.
You will have experience working across a broad spectrum of HR Specialisms and a clear understanding of how to achieve success of an organization via HR. You will have a commercial mindset and will need to be an experienced business partner able to demonstrate your work at this level. It is essential that you have supported stakeholders to senior level within a client group that are changing and growing. You will hold your CIPD or equivalent and will have excellent understanding of HR legislation.
