Shared Services Manager

Oakleaf partnership are currently working with a large international brand who are looking to appoint a HR Shared Services Manager to join their team in a temp to perm basis. This role reports to the HR Director and has a direct team to manage. The purpose of this role is to drive HR operational excellence by ensuring all HR administration, systems, processes and procedures are consistently managed and accurately delivered to the required standards and timelines. You will also be responsible for increasing the opportunities for commercial success by ensuring company policies, incentive plans, reward, recognition and internal communication all support the creation of a high performing culture.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop the HR services team objectives and KPI's

  • Lead the HR services team to ensure individual plans are delivered

  • Mapping out existing processes

  • Project plan the improvement of all process and procedures

  • Develop KPI data so be shared with the HR team

To be successful for this position you should have experience within a multi-site, international business and understand key commercial drivers. You should have experience motivating and managing a small team within shared services. You should be process driven, a natural problem solver and be able to work autonomously at times.
