Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading law firm based in the City of London on a Knowledge & Learning and Development Assistant Vacancy. This is a permanent opportunity and they are looking to speak with candidates able to provide support on the learning and development needs of the firm across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing the LMS

  • Responsible for the team's intranet pages

  • Producing relevant documents and materials for programmes and events held internally

  • Meeting/greeting trainers

  • Hosting training sessions and ensuring that accurate records are maintained for the KL&D team

  • Assisting with Graduate Recruitment administration as and when needed

  • Managing bookings and invoicing processes for third party training provider events

  • Managing the invoicing process for firmwide KL&D resources

  • Generating monthly reports

  • Assist in managing diaries and answering phones for team members and providing general administrative support as and when required

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A competent user of IT systems including Microsoft Office and some experience of working with a Learning Management System would be desirable

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment would be desirable

  • Strong communication skills, confident approach and able to use initiative

  • Able to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with clients

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work

  • Team player with an enthusiastic manner
