Associate HR Business Partner

A fantastic 12-month Associate HR Business Partner opportunity is available within a multinational development investment firm in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to advice and support the entire life cycle and interact with clients on various levels.


  • Produce tailored advice and guidance to staff and managers in order to support and influence the business in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Interaction with the Reward & Benefits, Talent Development and Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Communications, Mobility and HR Operations

  • First line advice to managers and staff in relation to staff Handbook & policy queries

  • Work with HR Operations and across all Business Partner teams in order that the business receives a fast, accurate and high quality service


  • Professional HR Adviser experience

  • Proactive work ethic

  • Strong partnership and client orientation skills to enable positive engagement

  • CIPD or equivalent

  • Fluency in English both written and oral
