A global financial services organisation is looking for a Head of HR UK to join the HR team based in London. Reporting in to the Group HR Director, as part of this complex group of financial services firms, you will be responsible for managing the UK division (circa 250 employees).
This will be a strategic and operational role where you will manage all HR / People related matters end to end supported by a HR team of 4 people. You will cover UK HR Strategy, HR Projects, HR Operations, ER / Policy, Recruitment, Development, Reward, HR Reporting / Analytics etc. You will be process improvement focused and comfortable setting up projects or enhancements from scratch. You will also be comfortable navigating a complex group structure dealing with a large volume of stakeholders. Occassional European travel required (a few times per year).
You will be an accomplished Head of HR UK or Senior HR Business Partner looking to take a step up. You must have experience operating in a global financial services organisation. You must be operationally strong and willing to be in to the detail / setting things up from scratch where needed. You must also have experience managing a small team. Degree (2:1+ ideally) and / or CIPD (preferred).
