HR Operations Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are working with an Asset Management firm based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an HR Operations Analyst into their team.

This role will report into the HR Operations Senior Manager in the USA and work with the HR team split across the UK and US. The daily duties of the role include:

  • Maintaining records in the SAP system

  • Assist with updates in SAP

  • Assisting with reporting across the business

  • Insuring data integrity in the HR system

  • Assist with project work across HR

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience working within an HR System - SAP/SuccessFactors experience preferred/non-essential

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Reporting experience
