A global investments firm based in London consisting of circa 200 employees is looking for a Senior HR Executive (Generalist) to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Head of HR as part of a HR team of 4 people, you will operate in a generalist role which has more of an emphasis on the Compensation, Benefits and Payroll side of HR covering the US and UK as well as managing HR projects. You will also support broader HR activities such as Learning, Recruitment when the other Senior HR Exec is on leave or at busier times of the year therefore they are looking for a broad HR generalist to join the team. They also have a HR Admin to support from a coordination perspective.
You will be an accomplished Senior HR Executive (Generalist) operating in another investments / financial services organisation in a broad generalist role but where you are comfortable owning Comp, Bens and Reward / Payroll proccesses. Degree (2:1+) and/or CIPD prefered. Proficient excel skills needed (v-looks ups, pivot).
