They are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their fun, high energy team on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of a state of the art office in Central London, which is a truly awesome space.
You will be the face of the business and will be responsible for supporting the development, management and execution of recruitment programs for MBA candidates and experienced hires across the business. The culture of the organisation is fast paced, so decisions can be made quickly and will allow you to act fast to secure the best talent. You will be under the leadership of an excellent Team Leader who will want to see you flourish. The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you coordinate and support the end to end recruitment process, coordinate campus recruitment initiatives and work with HR to onboard and integrate new hires.
This role is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a team who are going to continuously invest in your ongoing professional development. While this role is focused around recruitment and attracting the best talent in the market, you will have opportunity to pick up broader HR skills and you will have the opportunity to work in the other HR functions as you progress throughout the organisation.
Your team will rely on you for full support so you will need to be a real people-person and as you will be working with a team of high performers, you will have to have excellent attention to detail. You don't necessarily have to have previous HR or Recruitment experience, but you must be a confident administrator with a track record of achievement.
The salary on offer is around £33K + 10% bonus, depending on the experience you bring to the role. The role also comes with a suite of amazing benefits and development opportunities. The role comes with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility. Standard working hours will be between 9-5:30PM but there will be times where you will have to work outside of these set hours to achieve certain deadlines.
