Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading Insurance firm based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Our clients search is for a Reward Analyst/Administrator to join their busy team of Reward professionals to assist in the administration and execution of all reward related activities.
Reporting into the Reward Manager, the daily duties of the role will include:
Analysing Reward and People data to show business trends
Supporting Payroll communication
Reporting on data such as salary information, MI, etc.
Support the reward team and wider HR team with various project work
Manage the communication calendar and inbox, responding to Reward specific queries
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Intermediate Microsoft excel
Analytical, can be discerning with data
Efficient, organised and a confident communicator
Diligent and hard working
Previous experience of Reward preferred but not essential
