Interim HR Advisor Projects Job
Your new company
Your new company is a rapidly expanding business and leading manufacturers with bases across the North West. Due to a period of positive change and growth, our client is now looking to welcome an interim HR Advisor to their expanding team in Chorley to specifically oversee ongoing projects and reporting into the HR Manager.
Your new role
Your new job will see you assisting the HR Manager in the rolling out of various HR projects, including the implementation of new appraisal and benefits systems, skills gap analysis, site opening as well as advising on the recruitment methodology and sourcing a new HR system. In addition, you will be providing first line HR advice to line managers both onsite and the new site within the North West. You will be managing your own caseloads, negotiating with unions and have some exposure to health and safety.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal applicant will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with a proven track record of success with HR projects and change management. You will be adept to handling your own caseload - disciplinaries, grievances and absence management as well as be accustomed to union negotiations. You will have worked within a similar capacity previously as well as having a similar industry experience.
