HR Coordinator

An international law firm is looking for An HR Coordinator to join their HR Team. This person will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 5.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting into the HR Manager

  • Assisting the HR team with preparation of documentation e.g. Leaving and maternity letters, paternity, adoption etc

  • Responsible for keeping leavers tracker up to date

  • Responsible for keeping parental leave tracker up to date

  • Draft offer, promotion and extension letters and all other paperwork

  • Day to day management of benefit requests and responding to benefit related queries

  • Ensuring all employee records are up to date at all times

  • Assist the HR Manager with immigration queries

This person will:

  • Have 1-2 years generalist HR experience within professional services

  • Have a muck-in attitude

  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Be degree educated (or equivalent)
