Recruitment Administrative Assistant

An international law firm is looking for a Recruitment Administrative Assistant to join their HR Team. This person will be part of a dynamic team of 5 people and work closely with the HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting into the Recruitment Manager

  • Coordinating interviews, book meetings rooms, set-up conferences and liaise with secretaries

  • Initiate the pre-employment screening process for all new joiners (graduate and lateral hires)

  • Monitor the recruitment inbox on a weekly basis

  • Upload job descriptions and coordinate the advertisements

  • Assist the recruitment manager with the graduate recruitment process

  • Provide cover for the Recruitment Manager when necessary

This person will:

  • Have 1+ years' experience in recruitment (ideally within a law firm)

  • Have a muck-in attitude

  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Be degree educated (or equivalent)
