The HR Manager role is instrumental to the growth and development of the organisation. As HR Manager you will provide support across the business alongside coaching and advising with employee relations, policy and procedural development, disciplinaries, grievances and employee engagement.

As HR Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Improving and maintaining induction programmes
  • Development of HR policies and procedures
  • Delivery of key HR objectives
  • Employee engagement
  • Promoting the Company's culture and identifying ways to integrate into HR initiatives / processes
  • HR data management and reporting
  • Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers

Profile

You will have:

  • good understanding and knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation and data protection
  • CIPD qualification
  • knowledge of HR systems and their importance in delivering accurate, reliable service to the business
  • strong numerical, analytical and MI experience and capability.
  • time management skills and an ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload under pressure
  • ideally multi-site experience

Job Offer

Salary up to £45,000 FTE+ bonus + benefits
